There are many healthy choices out there, such as: vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains, fish, and seafood (just to name a few), and there are also some unhealthy choices such as: fast food, candy, chips, and other food items that are filled with fat and grease. The truth is, it's very hard to eat healthy all the time, and sometimes we have to pick the bad options to make the good choices easier. In this article, I'll be discussing 3 reasons why some things are okay to eat, but other things aren't.
First, let's start with fish. But cooked fish is great! It has the high-quality omega-3 fatty acids that help prevent heart disease and cardiovascular problems, as well as some anti-cancer activity.
Second, let's cover bread. Some people don't really like the texture of real bread, while others think that they can make their own "artisan" bread from left over bread crumbs. But in reality, bread isn't really that nutritious unless you add some added veggies (such as tomatoes) to the mix, which can make the bread a lot more delicious.
